Position is within the Joint Tranformation Command - Intelligence (JTC-I) located on the USJFCOM compound (formerly CINCLANTFLT) in Norfolk, Building NH-139.

Provides expert input/advice while participating in the review of DoD doctrine, publications and manuals. Interprets CounterIntelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) doctrine in order to develop new J2X Staff level courses. Serves as J2X trainer and CI/HUMINT subject matter expert (SME) integrated in the Joint Forces Intelligence School (JFIS) supporting the JFCOM joint force-training mission. Determines course content and student learning objectives, prepares course syllabi, lesson plans, and student manuals. Coordinates with national agencies in gathering intelligence data and products to satisfy exercise-training objectives. Produces and manages production of J2X CI/HUMINT intelligence training products in coordination with other exercise branch elements, external agencies, trusted agent exercise participants, and planners. Coordinates with national level intelligence agencies in the collection of intelligence data.


Requires BS/BA degree.


Requires 8-10 years experience.
3-5 years Counter Intelligence experience required
3-5 years DoD/National Agency investigative experience required


Must be able to work in collaborative environment as well as autonomously.
Must posses excellent interpersonal skills.
Must hold a TS/SCI clearance
