Apply knowledge of strategic planning, change management, and performance management in support of a government client to execute a large-scale transformation. Help to design and deliver strategic plans, implementation strategies, and performance measures to facilitate the execution of change initiatives. Develop improved business processes within an organization or design integrated processes across an enterprise. Facilitate project planning and execution per the project guidelines. Provide expertise in organizational change, including strategic planning, performance management, process improvement, and change management. Anticipate and identify client issues and concerns and give advice, as appropriate. Identify and communicate opportunities to the project team to expand services to existing clients and supervise and review the work of junior-level employees. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -7+ years of experience with strategic planning at the Navy or Joint level -Experience with Microsoft Office -Experience in a DoD or federal government environment -Secret clearance required -BA or BS degree required   Additional Qualifications: -Experience with developing, aligning, and implementing organizational mission and vision statements and the resulting strategic plans, including developing objectives and initiatives to guide execution -Experience with applying organizational change management processes and methodologies to facilitate the execution of organizational plans and change initiatives -Experience with designing, facilitating, and conducting stakeholder and voice-of-the-customer analyses, gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and developing reports and recommendations -Experience with process improvement methodologies, including business process reengineering, Lean, or Six Sigma -Ability to design, capture, and maintain performance metrics for change-related initiatives -MA or MS or MBA degree preferred   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
