Key Role:
Apply knowledge of strategic communications and change management in support of a key government client in executing a large-scale reorganization. Develop tailored communications strategies and deliver strategic communications plans and outreach products to facilitate the execution of change initiatives. Facilitate project planning and execution per project guidelines. This position is located in Norfolk, VA.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -8+ years of experience with strategic communications, planning, and change management -Experience with designing, facilitating, and conducting stakeholder analysis, focus groups, and interviews -Experience with gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and developing reports and recommendations -Experience with providing stakeholder relationship management, branding, and project management -Experience with developing outreach products and designing and maintaining tailored communications products and deliverables -Experience with multimedia and graphics design layouts related to strategic communications products -Secret clearance required                                                                                      -BA or BS degree required    Additional Qualifications: -Experience in the Military or consulting in a DoD environment preferred, including the Navy a plus -Experience with using software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint to support program management efforts -MBA degree preferred   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
